— a certified yoga teacher and posture guide since 2018.
My journey began after completing my first 200-hour yoga teacher training at Rishikesh Nath Yogashala, located in the world’s yoga capital, Rishikesh, India — peacefully nestled at the foothills of the Himalayan ranges.
Since then, I’ve deepened my practice with specialized trainings, including:
- • Bliss Baby Yoga’s Prenatal & Postnatal Teacher Training
- • Pelvic Floor Anatomy & Physiology for Women’s Health
- • T.S Method by Talia Sutra (Love and All is Coming)
- • Angamardana by Isha Foundation
I love to teach Hatha-Vinyasa — a graceful blend of traditional yoga and flowing sequences. I like to call it my haha-vinyasa — a soft, joyful approach that brings ease and playfulness to your posture journey
But my own posture has been deeply tested — twice
The first time was after surviving a head-on collision car accident. My seatbelt saved me, but the force it exerted on my chest triggered a cascade of trauma that left me at my lowest. That’s where yoga found and saved me. It wasn’t just physical healing — it was my path back to myself.
The second time? Motherhood.. In November 2024, I became a mama to the most adorable little angel — who quickly developed a powerful appetite and a very exclusive taste for fresh breast milk.I feel so privileged to breastfeed her, but it’s no secret — breastfeeding alone can quietly destroy your upper body posture.
Posture Paradise is not just what I teach — it’s what I live, what I’ve healed, and what I continue to lovingly cultivate. I’m here to guide you, gently and proudly, every step of the way.
